Artist:Jiang Cheng
Duration:Nov. 6, 2019 –  Jan. 19, 2020
Venue:A+ Contemporary (Room 106, Bldg. 7, 50 Moganshan Road, Shanghai, China)

“Vertigo”, the second solo exhibition of Jiang Cheng will open on November 6, 2019 at A+  Contemporary. As in the movie “Vertigo” by Hitchcock, the emotional logic and psychological suspense from the narrative content of the artworks presents the artist’s conception about how to appreciate the paintings in an exhibiting space. A visual sensation of “Dizziness” sending out from the images is a retrospect of the nature of expressiveness, which explores a fundamental requirement of intuition and introspection in creative consciousness. The duration of the exhibition is from November 6, 2019 until January 19, 2020.
